I wrote a free UGC scriptwriting guide for creators.But something interesting happened…It wasn’t just creators who were downloading my guide-It was brands too!So I figured I would share it here as well.Here’s a breakdown of the basic structure of UGC video:HookProblemSolutionCall-To-Action (CTA for short)The hook is the first 2-5 seconds of your video-and the most important part. Grab your audience’s attention both visually and verbally.Then you introduce the common problem that your target audience faces (and the one that your product solves!)Solution- that’s where you introduce your product, and show how it solves your audience’s problem! Focus on the benefits and how your product makes their life better.Then, you need to get them to take action. You can direct them to click a link, download, etc. Just make sure they know what to do or where to go!There are different ways you can play around with this structure too.     Let’s be real, Editing user-generated content (UGC) can be a bit of a rollercoaster. But if you want to create videos that actually convert, Here are 5 quick tips:-If you’re not grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds, you’re losing viewers. Start strong think something eye-catching, quirky, or just plain unexpected.-No one’s got time for filler. Keep your edits tight, fast, and to the point. Snappy edits = people sticking around.-Adding text? Do it. Whether it’s captions, punchy one-liners, or a killer CTA, make sure it’s there. A lot of people scroll with the sound off, so keep them in the loop.-Background music that hits the right vibe + sound effects that don’t feel cheesy = an audio experience people will remember. Make it sound as good as it looks.-End with a CTA that doesn’t feel like a chore.
